Child Care
We are both mothers. We understand the demands of parenthood, balancing home life, commitments, cooking, cleaning, appointments, PD days, school drop offs, swimming lessons and so much more.
A few hours of care a week or support every day, all day, we have quality, vetted and caring people ready to add that extra spark to your family, ease that burden as much as your family needs.
Who do we hire?
We personally interview and research everyone we send out to help a family in our community. Many have worked in our homes, and if they haven't, rest-assured if we wouldn't welcome them to care for our loved ones, we won't hire them to work with yours.

Our care providers are both male and female, come from your Lower Mainland community or from further afield. Our concept of being a blessing to each family, has driven us to reach many diverse candidates. Careful consideration and application questions, commitment to completing our own "Unicorn Courses & Exams" which includes familiarity with our unique processes, expectations and company values is just part of what we all our workers must complete to earn an interview with us.

We insist that whatever age of child(ren) under someone's care, the provider must study and pass the relevant exams. For the care of children, they are:
Infants (Newborn - 18 months)
Toddlers (19 months - 3 years)
Preschool (3 - 5 to 6 years)
School-Aged (6 - 12 years)
