Home Management
Busy parents, those with elderly parents, organizing a big event or travel for work, everyone can use a hand around the house. Whether it is understand the demands of parenthood, balancing home life, commitments, organizing cooking or cleaning, setting and attending appointments, coordinating playdates, picking up the dry cleaning and everything else that makes a house run smoothly.
A few hours of care a week or support every day, all day, we have quality, vetted and caring people ready to add that extra spark to your family, ease that burden as much as your family needs.
Who do we hire?
We personally interview and research everyone we send out to
help a family in our community. Many of our home managers are
experienced and efficient in their own lives! They aren't responsible
for caring directly for someone or cleaning, they keep a family
functioning. In this busy world, there are only so many hours in the
day, and our expectations for ourselves are often at odds with what
is possible.

We choose and qualify our Home Managers carefully. Keeping
everything functioning for a family can be a huge task. Careful
consideration and application questions, commitment to
completing our own "Unicorn Courses & Exams" which includes
familiarity with our unique processes, expectations and company
values is just part of what we all our workers must complete to
earn an interview with us.​ We insist that whatever care our Provider
gives, they must pass the relevant exams.
Home Management includes:
Overall management of household chores
Coordinating child, senior or pet care
Getting dependents to and from events on-time
Setting up and keeping appointments for all family members
Making travel arrangements for the family
Paying bills
